Yoga has been a daily part of my life for 25 years not just as a practice but as a way of life. The transformation I have experienced as a person validates yoga as being a tool for self-empowerment and reaching your full potential.

Yoga is at the core of the immense gratitude I have for the life I am living. My wish is to contribute to the growth and happiness of all who join our community at sriYoga.

It is in the practise of yoga that I find a state of unity. Through body movement I feel the connection with the earth. Listening to myself breathing is where I begin to perceive my depth, less tangible and infinite, like the sky. It is when I begin to recite mantras that sometimes I feel that I am part of something that is beyond…and at that moment I feel deep peace.

Compassionate and intuitive, I encourage students to approach and practise yoga with curiosity and kindness. I believe that the presence we cultivate on the mat is the magic essence that can help shape our lives once we step out into the world.

My classes focus on cultivating authenticity, joy, and connection to self. Weaving yogic philosophy and anecdotes in a relatable way, my classes are focused on uplifting students and helping them feel more wholesome and revitalised. I am inspired to help people feel freer, stronger, and more connected to their body-mind-spirit.
