Before I went to sriYoga I had left work due to serious high blood pressure and arthritis in both hips and knee, I was very sceptical at first and a non- believer of yoga and the benefits.
I have a special practice that I do every morning for 10-15 minutes and attend regular classes. I love going to the special classes and workshops on chanting and nutrition. I have now reduced my blood pressure I can control my arthritis pain and have gone back to work, unbelievable.
I’m glad I did it because sriYoga has changed my life for the better and all I had to do was walk through the door into the open arms of help.
