Bend and Zen Yoga for Tradies
Commencing Tuesday May 19th at 5pm, ‘Yoga for Tradies’ is an opportunity to get your body into shape to be able to combat not just the physical demands of the job but also the stress and fatigue commonly experienced.
This class is specific to flexibility, mobility and recovery. The Zen part is for you to de-stress and mentally focus throughout the day.
