Replacing Deepak Chopra with a Minute’s Notice

Synchronicity is something I truly believe in. Since I spontaneously booked an epic adventure to Antarctica in November, every moment fell into place like magic.

Not only did I connect with amazing creatives, wellness experts and truly inspirational humans, I was asked to take Deepak Chopra's place in leading a group meditation with one minute’s notice. Talk about pressure!

What an honour it was to take his place and guide 160 very experienced meditators into a deep state of being. The feedback was really profound and cemented my faith in the authentic teachings I am so privileged to share.

I don't need any more proof in the impact yoga and meditation has on people's lives, I just hope this burning spiritual evolution keeps expanding in touching people's hearts and souls.
